When it is resolved: I would wait until the conjunctivitis has completely resolved. In addition, you should get rid of that pair of lenses, the cleaning solution, and the case to prevent reinfecting your eyes. If you use rigid gas permeable lenses, you should disinfect them properly and get new cleaning solution and a new case.
