Relatively basic: The ph scale measures acidity and basicity. Higher ph means the urine is more basic and lower ph means it is more acidic. Normal range for urine can be between 4.5 - 8.0 according to most sources. Medication and various medical conditions can affect ph, including multiple issues at one time making deciphering the meaning of the ph without more info difficult.
