I think i may have some symptoms of hyperthyroidism e.g pain in knee joints, hair loss, anxiety..can you recommend any diet supplements for this?

Medicine: If you really have hyperthyroidism, you need surgery, radiation, or medicine (depending on the cause). Diet supplements won't do a thing.

See your doctor: If you are having symptoms you think are due to hyperthyroidism then you should have your doctor perform some screening blood work for this. If you are hyperthyroid then you can discuss specific treatment with your doctor.

Diagnosis: Joint pain, hair loss and anxiety can be caused by many things - hyperthyroidism is only one of dozens of possibilities. Best to see a doctor, discuss all of your symptoms, and they can test for a range of possible causes. Treatments, whether diet, medicine or other life changes, will only work if they are treating the actual underlying problem that is causing your symptoms.
