Alpha hydroxy..: Some creams contain Alpha hydroxy in them and it may, be helpful with acne. Wash with mild soap and water and that should be the start of any beauty regimen. Creams may also, clog pores and irritate skin. See a dermatologist for acne that doesn't resolve.
