Depends: Sometimes starting on an antidepressant or increasing the dose can increase anxiety. If it is not tolerable, call your doctor. Slow down on the dose increases. Tolerate your treatment at every step! if anxiety is gets higher despite treatment with no dose change, call your doctor to address all forms of treatment. Take 1200mg epa + 900-1000mg dha omega3fattyacids daily with -it helps as well.
