I like to use an oxygen tank as a nebulizer and hook it to a cpap mask for back up as we tend to loose power in vt winter what flow rate do i need?

2 diffferent uses: For a nebulizer I have been told that usually it takes a minimum of 5 liters per minute to adequately nebulize the medication but a CPAP machine is based on regulated pressure not flow.
