How long does nadolol stay in your system?

Half life is 24 Hours: Multiply the half-life times five and you have the time that the drug is for all intents and purposes out of your system. Therefore in this case it would be five days.

1/2 life = 20-24hrs: Half-life is time it takes for drug concentration to drop by 50%. For a drug to be considered completely out of your system, we usually wait for 5 half-lives or in the case of nadolol, 5 days, at which time only 3.125% remains behind, if that. 50% after 1st, 25% after 2nd, 12.5% after 3rd, 6.25% after 4th & 3.125% after 5th.
