OCD: Sounds like obsessive compulsive disorder (ocd). Talk with your primary doctor, as it sounds like a referral to psychiatry would be a good next step. Good luck!

Could be: Obsessive compulsive disorder. There is help for this. You need to seek out a therapist who is experienced with this type of problem. You may require medication as well but they would help you find the right doctor for that.
