Fluconazole: Zocon appears to be an indian brand of Fluconazole (which is an anti-fungal) & pyrithione (anti-seborrheic). On the other hand, in taiwan, zocon is a brand of Metronidazole (antibiotic). Therefore, i don't know which one you have. Whether zocon will be helpful for the rash on your penis depends upon what caused the rash! as I am unable to examine you, i can't predict whether it will work or not.
