Depends: Overall the number is borderline high but may not necessarily need to be treated. It depends on the breakdown, i.e. Ldl, HDL and non-hdl levels. It also depends on your risk factors, e.g. Hypertension, diabetes, heart or vascular disease, smoking and family history.
