Bartholin gland cyst: Bartholin gland duct cysts are fairly common and result from blockage of the gland opening and subsequent accumulation of fluid and debris. These cysts can sometimes get infected and cause an abscess. They are treated in several different ways including incision and drainage or a procedure called a marsupialization. Discuss this with your doctor.
