Not necessarily: But if you are getting tics there could be some relationship to medication or another aspect of your bipolar. In any case talk to your doctor about it. Best wishes.

No: But it can co--occur with tourette's or ocd, and the latter show an increase in tics, but bipolar disorder itself is not responsible for the tics.
