Special bandages: They sell some special bandages in the store. Some are called knuckle bandages. It depends on where the cuts are. One thing that works well is coban. Coban is a stretch type bandage that sticks to itself but is not sticky. You put gause under it and wrap the toe in 'coban'. You need to make sure you do not apply it to tight or it can cut off your circulation. You may want to see apodiatrist.

Large adhesive: If skin is healthy, you can just use a large bandaid and instead of wrapping it around the toe, place it lengthwise with gauze part over the cut. Also, you can use gauze 2x2 square and then secure with paper tape or coflex...If using something with stretch, be careful to not stretch it too tight...Don't want to cut off circulation.
