Maybe: It is preferable to pick one or the other and stick with it, but the safety profile of both medications may allow you to do this. I have found this works for me during peak allergy season.

Be sure you are consulting with your physician if normal daily doses of antihistamines are not helping you. Taking one in the evening and the other in the morning. would give you a chance to observe
