Not Yet: At the moment the answer is no booster. But as time passes, the need for a booster may change.Many vaccines have been found to work well, but boosters are found to be necessary.

Probably not: Studies up to now show people keep high levels of immunity for at least 10 years. Because the vaccine hasn't been used for 20, 30, 40 or more years, we don't know how long immune response lasts. If continuing studies show levels drop over time, i'm sure they will recommend a booster.
