Scabies: It is possible to get scabies on the face. However, for unknown reasons it is not the typical location. Often the head is spared. However, if the parasite stays on the skin too long untreated, it can go anywhere. Most commonly seen around belly button, genitals, thighs, hands, fingers. But no site is safe from this pesky annoying creature.

Less likely: While you can get scabies on your face, it is less likely in an adult with a normal immune system. Scabies mites are typically in the web spaces oh the fingers and in body folds including the armpits, under breasts, and in the groin. It is typical to describe scabies on the face in babies, but is unusual in adults.
