Probably not: Unless you consider "pregnancy" an sti. But on a serious note: stress, travel, and many other factors can affect menstrual irregularity and late periods. Some stis cause excess bleeding, like chlamydia can cause bleeding between periods. But i've never heard of an sti that makes a period late.
