Check endometriosis: Some women have significant pain, cramping, diarrhea w/ovulation, it is not particularly common. Rec. See ob/gyn to make sure that you do not have endometriosis–a disease where the inner lining of the uterus has covers internal organs and bowel with tiny dots uterus lining. It is not only painful, but can cause infertility and other problems. At your age, checking for cancer is important too.
