No: They are both sedative-hypnotic agents. Clonazepam or Klonopin is a long -acting bzd & zopiclone is lunesta (eszopiclone). Klonopin is more addicting, but they can both be habit-forming and should not be used together on a regular basis. I would suggest speaking w/ your medical provider about streamlining your sleep regimen. Cognitive-behavior therapy, yoga, meditation, managing stress & am exercise can help.
