Improbable: Hard to imagine and yet anything is possible. It is probably a correlation and not a cause.

No, but...: Pneumoperitoneum is air in the abdomen, usu. From perforated ulcer or diverticulitis. Yet blowing into the vagina can too, so no harm but she may undergo an unnecessary exploratory laparotomy searching for why there was air... Surgeons are human, too...
