Here are some ...: Pimples on the penis are common but harmless as long as they don't bother you. For its itching, you may try gingerly applying topical 1% hydrocortisone cream on it 1-2 times daily after cleansing and drying for 1 week or until itching stops. If recurring, use it again as instructed. For long-tern elimination, a minor procedure to remove it can be done under local. If still in doubt, ask Doc timely
