Discharge: This can be peritoneal fluid, tubal fluid, endometrial fluid, cervicovaginal mucous or urine. There are many hormonal changes occurring with menses. It is difficult to know reliable which is responsible. If it is odorless, non painful, and otherwise not causing a problem, do nothing.
