A member asked:

What does it mean to have cervical mucus 5 days after your period?

Nothing: An increased mucousy vaginal discharge is not necessarily abnormal. Estrogen levels are increasing beginning at this point in the cycle and might explain your symptoms.

May mean nothing: Or may mean ovulation. Ovulatory cervical mucus is thin and clear and stretchy like raw egg white, and it occurs for 1-2 days around the time of ovulation. However women can have clear vaginal discharge at other times, that though it comes from the cervix is not from ovulation. Ovulation occurs about 14 days before the next period is due.
