What can i do to get pregnant with my tubes tied?

Surgery or IVF: Once your tubes have been tied you will need to do something to be able to get pregnant. One option is to have surgery to reconnect the tubes. Another option is to use ivf though a recent study showed surgery is as effective and less costly than ivf. Regret after having the tubes tied does happen to some women.
