What did your: Cardiac catheterization, ct scan & MRI show? I am afraid that the doctors on health tap can't diagnose this for you. It is a complex issue that needs to be addressed in an in person, comprehensive assessment. Take care.

Passed out: Your issue seems to be chronic in nature. Would advise pcp to do workup to rule out things like anemia or thyroid problem. Best wishes.
