Probably not: Gallstones are very common, so their existence probably doesn't explain the lesion on your pancreas, you should evaluate that lesion independently with you doctor..

May not be related : Any lesion on pancreas needs serious investigation , speak to your doctor will do additional test to find the nature of that lesion.
