Fatigue workup: I suggest complete physical with complete labs. Include HGB a1c, t3, (liothyronine) t4, TSH (thyroid), serum ferritin & iron, b levels as well. I'm assuming no psychiatric sx.

See your doctor: The differential for those symptoms is long. The only way to figure out what's really going on is to see your doctor so he/she can do a thorough intake and physical exam, which will direct further testing. Good luck.

Your doctor needs t: Get a medical check up from your doctor as tiredness can be caused by many causes like anemia, low blood sugar, poor control of diabetes and metabolic reasons like kidney failure which can be due to diabetes. So a check up and some simple lab tests can help to find out if your diabetes is under good control and that it has not caused any complications which it is known to do after some years of dx.
