Yes: The symptoms you list can point to a sinus infection, but less so the neck pain. Lots of conjestion. Nausea usually comes from the drainage into the stomach. I have not seen facial twitches with a sinus infection.

Facial twitches is, by far, not a common symptom of a sinus infection, but may potentially be present as the inflammation from the sinuses may affect the facial muscles negatively.
