Can a sinus infection cause facial twitches? also, can nausea, neck pain, fatigue, and sinus pain point to a possible sinus infection?

Yes: The symptoms you list can point to a sinus infection, but less so the neck pain. Lots of conjestion. Nausea usually comes from the drainage into the stomach. I have not seen facial twitches with a sinus infection.

Sinus infection: Of all the symptoms listed, only sinus pain points to sinus infection. The rest of the symptoms are not specific and can be encountered in many other diseases. Facial twitches is, by far, not a common symptom of a sinus infection, but may potentially be present as the inflammation from the sinuses may affect the facial muscles negatively.
