See your doctor: I would encourage you to see your doctor for pre-conception care if you do want to get pregnant. Being on birth control is to prevent pregnancy as it is suppressing your ovulation - a necessary step in making a baby. Please start on prenatal vitamins including folate (folic acid) before you try to get pregnant.

Yes: If you discontinue oral contraceptives and want to get pregnanct, you should wait for at least one normal cycle before attempting to do so. Not having a period does not automatically mean you cannot become pregnant.
