Is stage 2 breast cancer bad?

It is curable.: All breast cancer is bad, but the prognosis changes with stages. So the lowest stage has the best prognosis and the highest stage, stage 4, has the worst prognosis. Technically there is a stage 0 which is something called dcis, which hasn't invaded out of the ducts. Stage 1 is better than stage 2 but stage 2 is definitely curable. You can never know you are cured for sure so follow up is necessary.
