I have spores around my vagina, what is it?

Spores?: Not sure what you mean by spores. I wonder if you mean white spots which could be a yeast (candida) infection or if you are talking about sores. fyi spores are produced by mold as can be seen growing on bread but not on us.. Yeast is different.
