Ear tubes: I would suggest not using hydrogen peroxide to your ear canals if you have tubes in your tympanic membrane - per chance peroxide may work its way inside your middle ear and cause much discomfort and likely affect your equilibrium.. Suggest talking with your doctor to prescribe ear drops if necessary to address the problem your having. Your doctor may want to examine the ear canal first.

No: If you have tubes in your ears, it means that your external ear is open into your middle ear. When you use peroxide in your external ear, it is to dissolve the wax. You do not want peroxide or dissolved wax in your middle ear, which would give you a serious infection.
