MOM or miralax (polyethylene glycol): Milk of magnesia or MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) (glycolax). Puysh the dose until you go. Magnesium citrate and GoLytely work as well. But the bigger question is why are you constipated. If this is new and severe you need to see a physician and may need further testing.
