No: Pms symptoms are by definition limited to premenstrual luteal phase. I assume you are having some mood , anxiety or other symptoms after our period, this may suggest a separate disorder. In some patients, symptoms of pms may extend through menses. Please see a psychiatrist for evaluation, treatment is effective and available. Good luck.
