No: A 3 week long menstrual period is not normal, so get evaluated and diagnosed by a gyn dr. As you may eventually become anemic if it persists.

No: A period should not last more than 10 days and will usually be less than 7 days. Bleeding for 21 days is never normal. You should see your doctor.
