Hmmmm: Most doctors wouldn't do surgery for a follicle cyst, as these are typically not big enough to warrant the risks of surgery. Maybe it was a different type of cyst? Or maybe it was a really big or really painful. Regardless, cystectomies, or removal of an ovarian cyst, doesn't interfere with one's chances of pregnancy.If cyst was endometrioma, then possibly could ^ risk of infertility.
