Dermovate can be used to whiten armpit?

No: "dermovate" is not a bleaching cream, it contains a high potency cortisone that when used in thin skinned areas like the arm pits, breasts or groin can cause very unsightly stretch marks. See a dermatologist to determine if your underarm coloration is a pigment problem or due to skin thickening. Treatment for each is totally different.
