All fruits,: Vegetables, salads and whole grains have fiber which will help with bowel regularity provided you are drinking 80-100 oz caffeine free/alcohol free fluid daily.

Check up: This is called tenesmus, the false urge to have a bowel movement. The rectum responds to pressure and sends a signal that you need to defecate. Anything that causes pressure in the rectum will cause this signal. These include stool, enlarged hemorrhoids, polyps or tumors, inflammation of the rectal lining (proctitis). The safest thing to do is discuss this with your doctor.

Not unless diarrhea: Normal pooping lets only the "formed" poop come out. The loose poop needs to stay in the body a little longer, to dry out a bit more, and then come out with the next pooping. However, if a person has watery diarrhea, then all his poop likely will come out.

No: If you don't have regular bowel movements you may have constipation or irritable bowel symdrom. When you do have a bowel movement, you only empty the stool the very end of the colon. An average bowel movement may weigh just over 1 pound.

Parasites are likely: Thread worms, aka "pin worms" are the most likely answer. There are other worm-like parasites but most are pin worms. More common in children less common in adults, most likely in all ages. There are medications to rid your body of these parasites. They cause rectal discomfort and itching, can wake children at night when pin worms are most active. Stool samples confirm diagnosis.
