No: There are many causes of floaters and all of them are in your eyes. Using your eyes does not cause floaters.

If new, need exam: If you have new onset floaters, you may have a vitreous detachment or separation, which in turn can cause retinal tears and detachment. New onset floaters, especially if accompanied by flashes, should prompt you to get a dilated eye examination urgently!
