Vaginal infection: Burning sensation in the vaginal could be a sign of a viral or bacterial infection. Herpes for example causes burning sensation of the vulva or vagina. A UTI infection can cause those symptoms as well. Have your obgyn examine you and do urine culture or vaginal culture.
