Depends on your body: A cup of coffee may contain up to 100mg of caffeine. Most adults can consume two to four cups of coffee daily (really! or 200-300mg) w/o health concerns but this varies widely depending upon your metabolism & sensitivity. Once you push to 500-600mg of caffeine daily, your risk for side effects increases dramatically.
