Please do not take a: Knife or other sharp instrument to yourself. If you are unhappy with your breasts for whatever reason please discuss this with your physician. Self surgery can lead to hemorrhage, infection, mutilation, cutting important organs including deflating one or both lungs as well as to death. Please get help.
