Pregnant ?: Female in fertile years with amissed period. Needs to consider pregnancy. That internal activity could cause the nerves to be functioning in a way to cause diarrhea. Could also be some spinal problem causing the situation.

Many things: They could be related or not be related. Do a pregnancy test to find out if that is the culprit or not.
