Discharge: When pregnant vaginal discharge is thin, white ; milky. But because this is not a diagnostic symptom, a pregnancy test should be taken if you miss your period.

More information: At 6 weeks, they likely saw something on ultrasound, right? A sac? A little embryo? Maybe even a fetal heartbeat? If they didn't see anything, then maybe it's too early, or maybe you're having/had a miscarriage. Best would to be follow up either with another ultrasound or with serial beta-hcg (the hormone of pregnancy). Good luck!
