No: The nervous tics are not part of bipolar disorder. They could be a separate tic disorder, for which you should see a neurologist, or, if constant could represent a tardive dyskinesia from one of your medications. Please see a psychiatrist if that is the case.

Not necessarily: Many people with bipolar disorder often have problems with anxiety disorders and/or symptoms including tics, but not always, you should discuss with you psychiatrist or neurologist to rule out other causes for ticks.
