A member asked:

Butt acne or herpes? how can i tell?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Easy call: Herpes: painful, small blisters with clear fluid, in groups, become unroofed and turn into little sores but do not burst with pressure. Acne: merely uncomfortable, red spots that may or may not fill with actual pus and rupture under pressure.
