21 weeks pregnant. what is normal heart rate?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

During pregnancy: The cardiovascular system go through adaptations to protect your normal physiological functions, to meet the increase metabolic demands, and to facilitate the development of the baby. In order for this to happen your blood volume, cardiac output and heart rate increases. Hr can go from normal of 70-80 to 90-100. If your hr goes consistently over 100-110 see your OB soon.
