No: There is no crossover between lupus and multiple sclerosis.They are both autoimmune e diseases, but affect different organ systems.

Rarely yes: Although these are two separate autoimmune disorders, I have encountered about 6 patients with both. Probably a co-morbidity. We often check for lupus when doing an ms eval, as we need to distinguish one from the other.
