Could be many things: When evaluating bumps on the eye, it is important to know the exact location, color, pain level, age of patient etc. As there are many diagnoses that can be described as bumps. The most common bump on the eyelid is a chalazion or a stye, both can be treated with warm compresses. If the lesion does not improve, make sure you have it evaluated by an eye doctor.
