First , see MD: Once medical problems are ruled out, make a list of the stresses, conflicts & problems in your life that could be contributing to your anxiety. High stress levels (esp. When Adrenalin & cortisol are produced) can make people feel hot & nauseated. If you can make changes in your life that reduce your problems, your symptoms should subside. If they don't, maybe a counselor can help. Good luck!

Agree w Dr Kunen: Start with med eval to rule out medical causes. Psychiatric evaluation is also recommended. To address stress: talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol (or moderate). Try qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, psych.
